Coworking Space Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working space.

• Handle client enquiries, workspace visits, onboarding, memberships, and renewals.

• Generate leads and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with startups, professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.

• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, internet, meeting rooms, facilities, and vendors.

• Handle client queries and ensure a professional customer experience.

• Prepare quotations, agreements, invoices, MIS, and basic reports.

• Organize meetings, networking events, workshops, and other business activities.

• Explore new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Management background preferred.

• 23+ years of experience in Co-working, Facility Management, Hospitality, Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Property.

• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and client-management skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic MIS.

• Professional personality with the ability to independently manage operations and business development.
