What they need
Responsabilidades:
- Elaborar e preparar alimentos, a fim de atender a demanda do restaurante, refeitório, room service e eventos;
- Orientar os cozinheiros no preparo dos alimentos;
- Identificar demanda da cozinha;
- Apoiar na reposição dos buffets e coffee breaks;
- Organizar armários, geladeiras e câmaras frias;
- Acompanhamento da operação.
Requisitos:
Experiência comprovada como Cozinheiro
Conhecimento em técnicas culinárias
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe
