Core Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Prepare, analyze, and verify financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy.
• Tax Strategy & Compliance: Formulate tax plans, prepare federal/state returns, and ensure strict compliance with changing tax laws.
• Auditing & Assurance: Conduct financial audits, review internal controls, and pinpoint potential fraud or operational waste.
• Strategic Advisory: Offer data-driven insights to leadership on cost reduction, budgeting, risk management, and capital investments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and valid CPA license in good standing.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience (depending on seniority).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and advanced accounting or tax software.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
