CPAs/Accounting

Key responsibilities

• Handle and review VAT, ITR, and Withholding Tax filings
• Coordinate and follow up on BIR matters, LOA, tax audits, and compliance requirements
• Work closely with external CPAs/accounting firms and ensure timely submission of required documents
• Supervise and manage accounting/finance staff
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, financial reports, and tax documents
• Improve existing accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures
• Support month-end closing and management financial reporting

About you

• Male
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; 3–5 years preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Philippine VAT, ITR, Withholding Tax, and BIR compliance
• Experience with BIR LOA / tax audit is highly preferred
• Experience working directly with external accounting firms or CPAs
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax regulations
• Experience in multi-branch, restaurant, retail, or food service operations is an advantage
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
