What they need
About the role
Accounting role responsible for managing financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, and record accounting transactions
- Oversee AP/AR accounts
- Verify invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and accounting documents
- Prepare and file tax documents including ภ.ง.ด.1, ภ.ง.ด.3, ภ.ง.ด.53, and ภ.พ.30
- Prepare withholding tax documents and verify tax invoices
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare documents for monthly and annual account closing
- Coordinate with accounting office, auditors, and relevant agencies
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Accounting experience
- CPD certification or ability to be a qualified accountant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Import-Export is a plus
- English or Chinese language skills are a plus
