• Assist Construction, Power & Infrastructure team Leader to fulfill the yearly plan & achieve the budget;
• Maintain strong client relationships, manage renewals, mid term amendments, and claims administration, while proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities;
• Design tailored insurance programmers based on project characteristics and coordinate insurance/reinsurance placement strategies.
• Oversee work in progress, new business pipelines, and process delivery, ensuring consistent pipeline development, reporting, and disciplined workflow;
• Stay abreast of CPI sector trends, provide thought leadership and technical expertise to insurers, clients, and colleagues, and leverage internal resources to implement best practices;
• Ensure all client services and solutions comply with applicable regulations and Aon COFCO company policies and guidelines. Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry;
• Preference for previous experience in Construction, Power & Infrastructure insurance sector and client account management;
• Sound knowledge in insurance products, better to familiar with major CPI products;
• Good sales and negotiation skills and relationships development;
• Detail-minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
