Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Business Performance. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor dynamics, and customer needs. Develop medium- and long-term product line strategies and annual business plans; drive target cascading, execution, and performance tracking; and assume accountability for business targets and commercial success.

2. End-to-End Product Management. Oversee product line management, investment decisions, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage the full product lifecycle, including product definition, user experience, quality, and end-to-end scenario-based solutions, to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Competitiveness Development. Continuously enhance products and solutions, evaluate emerging technologies and business models, and build industry-leading product and solution competitiveness.

4. Growth and Operational Excellence. Lead product launches and market expansion to drive business growth. Optimize processes and systems to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen organizational capabilities.

5. Team Leadership and Talent Development. Lead team management, talent development, and succession pipeline building.

Qualifications

1. Over 10 years of experience in consumer electronics product planning and management, including a minimum of five years in product planning for overseas markets. Experience developing products from 0 to 1 is required; a proven track record of creating successful high-volume products is preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of the Integrated Product Development (IPD) process, with proficiency in product planning workflows and systematic methodologies.
