CPQ Architect

For our client, we are seeking a CPQ Architect to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will shape quote-to-cash solutions that help clients improve pricing, approvals, and revenue operations across the sales cycle. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CPQ architecture, with a particular focus on complex pricing, billing, and integration challenges. The position also offers the opportunity to bring AI into Q2C workflows and guide implementation teams toward high-quality delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions on pricing strategies and approval policies
• Design comprehensive Q2C solutions spanning the entire sales cycle
• Identify opportunities for AI implementation in Q2C workflows
• Model complex pricing scenarios and solution patterns for advanced use cases
• Diagnose and resolve gaps in Q2C systems efficiently
• Create and present technical design documents and scoping estimates to clients
• Guide implementation teams on CPQ configurations and best practices
• Mentor team members on CPQ concepts and uphold quality delivery standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in RevOps or quote-to-cash solutions, working with senior stakeholders
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and at least one modern CPQ/Billing platform, preferably Nue.io
• Proven skills in product and pricing modeling, including subscriptions and complex pricing scenarios
• Hands-on experience with integrations across CLM, e-signature, billing, and payment systems
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog shaping, and technical document authoring
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences
• Bonus for Salesforce Application/System Architect certification or experience in marketplace monetization
