CPS Account Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a CPS Account Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on managing federal account programs, coordinating technical execution, and ensuring disciplined project delivery across complex customer engagements. The position partners closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned, risks visible, and customer expectations clearly managed. It is well suited for someone who can translate technical detail into actionable guidance while building trusted relationships in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for federal accounts and build trusted customer relationships
• Coordinate technical discussions and solution design sessions
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to customers
• Identify and monitor key customer risk indicators
• Act as the point of contact for escalation management
• Manage scope, risks, and dependencies across projects
• Provide guidance during onboarding and ongoing operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar
• Experience working with U.S. federal government customers
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
• Experience deploying enterprise solutions
• Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance
