CPS Solutions Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a CPS Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role partners closely with sales teams to deliver technical guidance, shape solutions, and move opportunities through the presales process. The position will translate customer needs into tailored proposals and demonstrations that support business decision-making. It also requires strong collaboration with internal teams to prepare integration requirements and ensure smooth handoff after the sale. The ideal candidate brings consultative selling skills, technical fluency, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse customer environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,170 – $144,430 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical expertise during the sales process
• Assess business needs through customer discussions
• Develop and present tailored technical proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations as needed
• Prepare customer requirements for integration with internal teams
• Install and demonstrate products post-sale at customer sites
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and competitive offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of experience in complex solution sales
• Experience selling integrated solutions to diverse customers
• Strong consultative and solutions-based selling skills
• Proficiency in technical and analytical areas
• Knowledge of related products across business lines
• Effective communication, presentation, and training skills
