CPV Production Support Engineer

🌍 Now Hiring: CPV Production Support – Junior · 2 Positions (Waterford, Ireland | Onsite)

Are you an early-career engineer or scientist who knows your way around a GMP production floor and is precise with data? EFOR Group, a trusted Life Sciences consulting partner, is looking for two CPV Production Support consultants to join a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Waterford. The work is part of a network-wide programme to harmonise Continued Process Verification (CPV) across its sites. Your job is to turn production records into reliable, usable data that shows how well each process performs.

What you’ll do:

• Extract and check batch and process data from batch records and production systems
• Fill in and verify data templates against source records, applying ALCOA+ data integrity principles
• Tag data with batch, phase and equipment context so it’s ready for the site’s digital trending platform
• Log data gaps and discrepancies and follow them up with Production and MSAT
• Support the production-side roll-out of CPV routines and documentation
• Work day to day with a Data Remediation Specialist and the MSAT team, learning how CPV works in practice

Your background:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or Biotechnology
• 1–3 years in a GMP environment, or a strong graduate with a GMP internship or placement
• Experience in production, manufacturing support or batch record review, with good documentation practices
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic Power BI or SQL, or exposure to MES/eBR or process historian systems, is a plus
• Accurate and persistent with detailed data work, keen to learn, and comfortable talking with operators and supervisors
