Role & responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring of reported customer complaint.
• Ensuring response to customer in time & complaint closer monitoring as per CC Procedure.
• Monitoring of customer rating and Analysis and Follow up for improvement.
• Monitoring of Customer Complaint PPM And Follow up for Improvement
• Conducting Internal audit as per IATF 16949 for ensuring system compliance & Internal audit closure Updating
• Monitoring Monthly KPI as per IATF or ISO Requirements and ensure action in case of lapses.
• Conducting audit for 20 Basis guidelines and Ensuring 95% Compliance,
• Conducting audit for 47 Best Practice and ensuring 95% Compliance.
• Planning Conducting customer-based audit self-assessment.
• Conducting customer oriented audit

1. Role Deliverables

• Internal Audit as per plan for IATF & ISO and closure action plan updating
• Weekly review an sharing Quality tracker Compliance and Pending Points
• External audit 0 Non conformity.
