As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a care facility. Your main duties will include:

• Developing and implementing care plans for residents
• Supervising and managing a team of care staff
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to residents
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care programs
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care
• Conducting regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences
• Adhering to all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of care services

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of care staff
• In-depth knowledge of home care practices
• Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to supervise and train care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Experience in medication administration and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Compassion and empathy in providing senior care services
