CQC Registered Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a dedicated home care company . In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional care services that meet all regulatory standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Your leadership will foster a compassionate, safe, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and family alike. With your expertise in senior care, dementia care, and management, you will drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Duties

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home care facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans tailored to client’s individual needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Oversee medication administration processes to guarantee safety, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements
• Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management to promote a motivated workforce
• Ensure all activities comply with CQC regulations and maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and inspections
• Foster positive relationships with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to enhance quality of care
• Monitor quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and implement improvements to uphold regulatory standards and best practices

Skills

• Proven experience in domiciliary care with a strong understanding of senior care principles
• Extensive knowledge of dementia care techniques, including Alzheimer’s disease management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and oversee effective care plans tailored to diverse resident needs
• Strong management skills with previous supervising experience in a care setting
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and promote a positive workplace culture
• Competence in medication administration protocols ensuring safety and compliance
• Familiarity with CQC regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance procedures
• Effective communication skills for engaging with residents’ families, staff members, and external stakeholders

Pay: £30,900.00-£58,000.00 per year
