该职位来源于猎聘 Job Content: 1 Deal with customer complaints/concerns, reduce QR and DPPM. 2 Resolve customer complaints/concerns with 8D and other quality tools, follow up and close. 3 Reduce repeated complaints/concerns with proactive actions. 4 Warranty analysis and improvement. 5 Enhance the customer satisfaction with fast response and good service. 6 Visit the customer timely for keeping a good cooperation relationship. 7 Lessons learned in look across to similar product. 8 Other works be assigned by quality manager.

• Ensure to work according to the requirement of EMS(environmental management system). Basic Requirements:
• Bachelors’s degree.
• At least 5+years’ experience in automotive industry ,Tier 1 or 2 supplier, work as a customer quality rule or above. Electronics experience related is preferable.
• With Minitab. GD&T, gage using and measurement device.
• Familiar with IATF16949, be known with APQP,FMEA,Control Plan, MSA,SPC, PPAP, GD&T.etc.
• Familiar with OEM requirements.
• Using the 8D tool to solve the problem.
• Analytical ability ,quick in understanding and problem solving, responsible ,self-motivated and can work under high pressure.
• Proficient in electronic process, like SMT,Assembly,etc.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements.
• Good communications skill, cooperative and good senses of responsibility .
• Has passion and ambition.
• Fluent in English skills(writing and speaking).
