CQE - Customer Quality Engineer (6 Days work)

Working Location: Top Link 1 (Chonburi)

Job Scope

• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and requests.
• Handle corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints.
• Lead and monitor quality assurance activities within the factory.
• Identify, verify, and resolve quality issues, leading the team in root cause analysis and resolution.
• Conduct process audits and implement cross-functional actions for improvement.
• Ensure environmental compliance activities meet customer requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in IE, ME, or EE. (New graduates are welcome)
• At least 0-3 years experience as CQE.
• Able to communicate English both verbal and writing.
• Have good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, MSA, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plan.
• Have good knowledge of basic calibration and measuring equipment.
• Can read drawing.
• Have skill in 8D report, problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Ability to work as a team and have good collaboration.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good presentation skill.
