该职位来源于猎聘 Job’s primary purpose and function. -The management of study sites / CRAs from CRO Key Responsibilities -Engage clinical site especially PI & SubI, to ensure timely subject recruitment. As well as identify the barrier of recruitment; develop the resolution by leveraging the resource of Hopemed, CRO, SMO, or other possible parties. -Conducts onsite visits to ensure the well-being of site monitoring & site management conducted by CRO resource, from clinical operation aspect. Identify the site issue and track till proper closure by the resource of Hopemed or CRO. -Escalate the site issue or risk identified, for timely resolution or mitigation by involving necessary high-ranking resource

• Provides trial status tracking and progress update to the study team as required. Minimized qualification requirements (education, training, experience), includes academic degree, working years etc. -Bachelor’s degree or above, major in pharmacy or medical related.
• At least 2 years clinical experiences.

Minimized acceptable skills and capabilities, such as operational skill, foreign language, computer and communication capability. -Good learning and communication skills, effective time management and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Written English capable
