Craft Bartender

We are growing our team and looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals who love great drinks & genuine guest connections.

Responsibilities

• Mixing & Execution: Prepare and serve an extensive menu of classic and original craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and proper technique (utilizing custom syrups, bitters, craft ice, and specialized glassware).
• Guest Hospitality: Deliver an elevated, approachable guest experience while guiding guests through the cocktail menu, offering tailored recommendations, and building long-term regulars.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar station throughout the shift, changing kegs/wells, and washing glassware.
• Efficiency Under Pressure: Manage high-volume service gracefully while keeping ticket times low and maintaining team communication.
• Compliance: Check legal identification responsibly and adhere to all local health, safety, and liquor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2+ years of bartending experience in a dedicated craft cocktail bar, high-volume fine dining, or upscale lounge environment (previous barback experience is often valued).
• Product Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of classic cocktail proportions, spirits, their history, and flavor profiles.
• Age & Availability: Must be at least 21 years old with open availability.
• Personality: Outgoing, calm under pressure, a natural conversationalist, and deeply passionate about the hospitality industry.
