CRAFT BARTENDER/SERVER

Relentless Brewing & Spirits is looking for a talented, energetic, and hospitality-driven Craft Bartender / Server to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who loves craft beer, cocktails, spirits, great food, and—most importantly—creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

If you’re confident behind the bar, comfortable working a busy dining room, and take pride in knowing your products and connecting with customers, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate knowledge of our beers, spirits, cocktails, and menu
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
• Follow responsible alcohol service and company policies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining excellent service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members
• Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge and interest in craft beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required alcohol-service certification
• Must meet applicable age requirements for alcohol service

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality. We want a bartender/server who can talk to guests, make recommendations, have fun with the room, and deliver great service without losing attention to detail.
