Dallas, Texas Boots & Booze is building something new in the heart of Deep Ellum — a multi-experience hospitality concept bringing together a scratch kitchen, full-service restaurant, high-volume bars, courtyard, entertainment and an elevated approach to your nightcap.

CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER

Help Build the Cocktail Program From Day One

Boots & Booze is looking for talented Craft Cocktail Bartenders with a genuine understanding of spirits, technique, hospitality and presentation. This is not simply a position where you are handed a cocktail list and told to execute it. Our opening bartenders will have the opportunity to participate in tastings, provide feedback on recipes, suggest improvements and help us establish the personality and standards of our cocktail program.

What You'll Do

Execute classic and signature cocktails consistently and beautifully Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, cocktails, wine and beer Deliver polished but approachable hospitality Prepare garnishes, syrups, infusions and cocktail ingredients Maintain proper mise en place and bar organization Participate in pre-opening tastings and cocktail training Provide thoughtful feedback on recipes and bar procedures Help establish opening standards for cleanliness, consistency and presentation Build relationships with guests and create repeat customers Work closely with speed bartenders, cocktail servers, barbacks and management We're Looking For Strong cocktail knowledge Excellent hospitality instincts Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Professional appearance and communication Strong personality without ego Team-first mentality Reliability and punctuality Availability for nights, weekends and high-volume events

Previous craft cocktail or upscale bar experience is strongly preferred. Applicable TABC seller-server certification must be maintained.

Pay: $15.00 - $75.00 per hour
