Crafts Coordinator

• Support the craft producer with all admin, reporting, presentations and research. Meeting minutes and scheduling. Supplier onboarding - including onsite set ups and management

  The opportunities are for a large-scale cultural and heritage event in the UAE, featuring a diverse programme of cultural experiences, live entertainment, workshops, retail activations, F&B operations, and visitor engagement initiatives.

  Kindly note that the project name should not be disclosed to candidates at this stage. Please refer to it only as a cultural and heritage event project when discussing the opportunities.

  In addition, candidates submitted for programming, content, production, operations, and other event-related positions should ideally have prior experience within events, festivals, cultural, heritage, entertainment, or live event environments. CVs that do not demonstrate relevant experience may not be considered.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of project execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a construction, industrial, or maintenance environment, with a proven track record of managing craft activities.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training, highlighting a commitment to workplace safety.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera Pand strong understanding of CAD or BIM software for drawing interpretation.
