Yearly Salary Estimate: $52,000–$64,000/year + performance bonuses

Responsibilities

Lead Residential Projects

• Handle repairs and installations across multiple trades

• Perform work involving carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs

• Diagnose & Plan Projects

  • Assess customer needs and determine effective repair/remodel solutions
  • Develop project plans, estimates, and timelines
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally

• Manage Job Sites

  • Independently manage projects from start to finish
  • Maintain safe, organized, and productive work environments

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects
  • Communicate professionally and clearly
  • Ensure every customer receives a high-quality experience

• Maintain Tools & Organization

  • Use and maintain professional-grade tools responsibly
  • Track materials, project progress, and daily work updates accurately

Requirements

Must Have

• High school diploma or GED

• 5+ years of hands-on multi-trade experience

• Strong experience in:

  • Carpentry
  • Drywall
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Tile/Flooring

• Own professional-grade hand and power tools

• Strong math and measuring skills

• Comfortable using tablets/smartphones for:

  • Timekeeping
  • Dispatching
  • Estimating
  • Purchasing

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Comfortable working at heights up to 32 feet or higher
