Crane Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely set up, maneuver, and operate a 100T Crawler Crane to lift, move, and position heavy industrial materials and machinery.
• Heavy Lifting Execution: Execute complex, heavy lifts according to engineered lift plans, ensuring proper crane configuration and configuration adjustments based on ground conditions.
• Rigging Supervision: Verify that all rigging equipment, slings, shackles, and hooks are properly inspected and rated for the 100T capacity load requirements.
• Daily Inspections: Conduct rigorous pre-operational checks on crane tracks, hydraulic systems, wire ropes, and safety load indicators (SLI/LMI).
• Communication & Control: Maintain clear radio and hand-signal coordination with certified riggers and banksmen to guide blind or critical lifts safely.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License with specific 100T Crawler Crane Operator Certification.
• Experience: Proven track record in heavy lifting operations within high-risk environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects).
• Skills: Expert knowledge of load charts, crane stability, counterweight configurations, and safety instrumentation.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
