Crane Operator/CDL Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Crane Operator or CDL Driver to join our team. We welcome experienced crane operators as well as CDL drivers who are interested in learning to operate a crane. Training may be available for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a crane when qualified and authorized.
• Drive company vehicles and commercial trucks as assigned.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown of equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Work with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Participate in training to develop crane operation skills, as applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required for applicable driving duties.
• Previous crane operating experience is a plus but not required for the right trainee.
• Willingness to learn crane operation and complete required training.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for the position, with reasonable accommodation.
