What We’re Looking For We’re looking for Intermediate and Experienced Crane Operators who know their trade, take pride in their work and back their mates. If you bring the right tickets, a strong work ethic and a safety-first attitude, we’ll give you the opportunity to put your skills to work on major projects with an established Australian crane and lifting business.

What You’ll Bring

• A current CO, C1, C6, C2, CN High Risk Work Licence
• At least twelve months’ relevant operating experience
• A strong commitment to safety, with no shortcuts and no compromises
• The ability to follow lift plans, communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• A reliable, hands-on approach and pride in the quality of your work
• Desirable: Current MC or HR driver’s licence

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting safe, efficient crane and lifting operations across major projects
• Carrying out operating activities within your qualifications, competencies and experience
• Working alongside your crew to prepare and execute lifts
• Following lift plans, site procedures and established safety requirements
• Completing pre-start checks and taking care of equipment
• Looking out for your crew, speaking up when something isn’t right and making sure everyone gets home safely
