Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our crane products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the crane or heavy machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of cranes and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in lifting software and MS Office Suite.
