Crawler Crane Operator

About the role

Safely operate crawler crane equipment to lift, move, and position heavy materials at the project site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate crawler crane safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections
• Check load capacity and ensure proper lifting procedures
• Coordinate with signalmen, riggers, and ground personnel
• Follow lifting plans and site safety procedures
• Monitor crane condition and report defects or malfunctions
• Perform basic equipment checks and housekeeping

About you

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Crawler Crane Operator
• Valid TESDA Crane Operation NC II or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of crane operation, lifting procedures, and safety standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Physically fit and able to work onsite and outdoors
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required
