Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Crawler Crane Operator to operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently on construction and heavy-lifting projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for crane operations, lifting and positioning materials/equipment, conducting daily inspections, and following all site safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently according to manufacturer instructions and project requirements.
• Perform lifting, shifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Follow lifting plans, load charts, signals, and instructions from the lifting supervisor/signalman.
• Ensure crane stability and safe working conditions before and during lifting operations.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, lifting supervisors, and site personnel.
• Maintain proper communication during lifting operations.
• Monitor crane capacity, load weight, radius, boom configuration, and ground conditions.
• Keep the crane clean and in good operating condition.
• Immediately report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, or incidents to the supervisor.
• Follow company HSE policies, UAE safety regulations, and project-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily equipment and operation records.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Crawler Crane Operator certification/license or relevant competency certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating crawler cranes, preferably on large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with heavy lifting and different types of crawler cranes.
• Good knowledge of crane load charts, lifting procedures, hand signals, and safety requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors and in demanding site conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and medically suitable for crane operation.
• Candidates with Abu Dhabi/UAE project experience will be preferred

Pay: AED1,971.35 - AED3,393.86 per month
