Crawlspace Technician

Cardinal Environmental Solutions is a locally owned pest control and crawlspace company that services Charlotte NC and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth we are now seeking full time crawlspace technicians to join our team. Must have a clean driving record, as well as a clean background.

Duties:

Pay attention to detail for installing and completing projects to address water and moisture issues in crawl spaces. Install jobs with efficiency and quality. Install each job using company trained methods. Work in a team. Be open and willing to learn and be trained in our standards. Remove and replace insulation. Digging and installing drain systems. Encapsulation of crawl spaces. Installation of dehumidifiers, sump pumps and condensate pumps. Previous crawl space encapsulation experience a plus (installing French drains, sump pumps, vapor barriers, dehumidifiers). General construction knowledge a plus.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Have a good attitude, be on time, dedicated and hardworking
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Communicate with the office manager or operations manager.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds .
• Ability to work in tight/dirty spaces .
• Leave jobsite clean with no damage to customer's property. Stay on task and complete jobs sometimes with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
