Your day-to-day expertise will include:

Structural Repairs: Working with joists, beams, sub plates, sill plates, and framing. Foundation Support: Pouring footers and installing various types of piers.

Moisture Control: Poly installations and comprehensive crawl space/basement solutions. Documentation: Capturing your high-quality work through pictures, videos, and detailed Termite and Moisture reports (Don't worry, we will train you on the reporting side!).Why You Will Love Working With us. **$1,000-$2000 Sign-On Bonus! Conditions do apply (Half paid up front, half upon successful onboarding).**Guaranteed Training Pay: Earn a solid $700 to $900 a week while you train, ensuring you have peace of mind while learning our systems.
