We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Relations & Business Development (CRBD) Manager to drive our growth, manage key client accounts, and lead strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our global client base and increase firm revenue.
• Manage high-value client relationships, serving as a key liaison for corporate clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Pitch tailored legal services to prospective foreign investors, multinational corporations, and state-owned enterprises.
• Organize high-profile industry seminars, legal webinars, and client networking events.
• Collaborate directly with Senior Partners to craft compelling proposals, tenders, and directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500).

Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency (spoken and written) in Mandarin Chinese is required to engage effectively with business leaders, corporate partners, and regional stakeholders. Strong business English is essential.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or Corporate Communications, preferably within a law firm, professional services, or corporate consulting environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, International Relations, or a related field.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills with a proven track record of winning business and managing key client portfolios.
