What they need
To connect with customers for Post Service Feedback and Service Marketing Reminders to improve retention and satisfaction.
A. PSF Calls (Post Service Feedback):
- Call customers within 24 hours after vehicle service completion.
- Take feedback on service quality, advisor behavior, billing transparency and facility cleanliness.
- Capture ratings as per PSF script (Excellent / Good / Average).
- Maintain daily PSF calling tracker.
B. SMR Calls (Service Marketing Reminder):
- Call customers for service due reminders, overdue reminders and insurance renewal reminders.
- Explain benefits of periodic maintenance and upcoming service offers
- Fix service appointments and share booking details with the front office / advisor.
- Follow up on not-responding / not-contactable customers.
