Do you have the customer gene? We have two part-time opportunities available to join our committed and talented customer services team. We are building our team to deliver brilliant customer experience at first point of contact.
About us
We are an award-winning not for profit housing association that currently owns nearly 9,000 homes across County Durham. We offer more than just a home. We help improve the lives of the people living in our homes and in our places. We work hard to make sure those homes are high quality, sustainable and adaptable, while meeting tenants’ current and future aspirations. We offer support that help people into work and training and increase their financial confidence and stability.
Our Plan A sets out our strategy for a realistic path to success. It's flexible. It can cope with the things we do not yet know. Importantly it’s cohesive, ensuring we are working together with our teams, partners, tenants and residents to maximise the impact we can make by improving lives through the provision of sustainable homes and places.
About the role
We are growing our team to continue to provide a brilliant customer experience by providing seamless, reliable and convenient customer service.
Our Customer Services Advisers are much more than just call handlers. These are exciting opportunities to deliver an exceptional service to customers, whilst playing a key role in helping us to deliver and achieve our business ambitions to improve lives through sustainable homes and places.
Your customer expertise and insight will be invaluable to customer journey mapping and digital transformation, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting change projects that make a real difference to the customer.
We are looking for a flexible, resilient, and experienced team player who offers a great customer-focused experience in a fast-paced environment through multi-channels; from call handling through to LiveChat, email and social media.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
About you
As a confident and enthusiastic communicator, you will be experienced in achieving first contact resolution using your organisational knowledge to resolve a variety of queries. You will be a passionate and vocal advocate for delivery of a brilliant customer experience and have the confidence and drive to work collaboratively with others across Livin to identify the best course of action to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver our Plan A.
Ideally you will hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and be able to demonstrate your commitment to professional development and learning.
