Creating Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and expected deliverables.
• Assist in creating visual materials for social media, digital platforms, in-store promotions, packaging, and print production.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social media visuals, video content, and storyboards.
• Assist with product photography and content shoots at outlets when required.
• Edit basic photos and videos for use across digital and social media platforms.
• Conduct research and stay updated on current trends in graphic design, packaging, and social media content.
• Ensure all creative materials are consistent with the brand identity and guidelines.
• Prepare artwork and design files according to the technical requirements for digital publishing, production, and printing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, AI tools, and video editing software.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in FMCG, F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Basic photography or videography skills.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of both digital design and print production.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
