Creatio CRM Developer

Role Description This full-time Creatio CRM Developer role at Moldindconbank is a hybrid position based in Chisinau, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Creatio CRM Developer is responsible for configuring, customizing, and extending the Creatio platform to support business processes across the bank’s customer lifecycle. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining Creatio modules, workflows, and user interfaces, as well as implementing integrations between Creatio and internal or external systems. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering stable, scalable solutions. The developer also monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, performs testing, and prepares technical documentation to ensure maintainability and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsabilities:

• Full-stack development on the Creatio platform;
• Backend: Business logic in C#, development of web services and event handlers.
• Frontend: UI configuration (Freedom UI / Classic), client-side logic in JS.
• Implement integrations with banking systems (ABS, MConnect, Asterisk, S3).
• Develop and optimize business processes (BPMN).
• Create printed forms and reports.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions about architecture.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of C# .NET (Backend) and JS/TS.
• Commercial experience in C# .NET and T-SQL / PL-SQL development.
• At least 2 years of experience with the Creatio platform.
• Understanding of how REST/SOAP APIs work.
• Ability to understand existing code and work effectively in a team.
• Experience in FinTech / banking (understanding the specifics of ABS and security requirements).
• Experience with Kafka and Redis.
• Experience in development with Freedom UI (Angular).
