Creative Ads Specialist

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising / paid ads
• Experienced in managing and optimizing ads on Meta Ads or other platforms
• Understand target market, audience behavior, and what type of creative can perform well
• Able to analyze ads performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Creative and able to develop ad concepts, hooks, angles, and creative directions
• Up-to-date with advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market trends
• Data-driven, analytical, proactive, and willing to test new strategies
• Experience in content creation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Research and identify potential target markets and audiences
• Develop creative strategies and angles for ads
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to produce high-performing ad creatives
• Continuously test new ideas, audiences, and approaches to improve results
