What they need
o Produce internal communications and share with employees to ensure that all are updated and informed of the Company’s promotions or other announcements.
o Managing the Company’s brand and responsible for delivering Company’s internal and external messages
o Managing and monitoring the Company’s Social Media platform
o Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collaterals and ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
o Monthly Newsletter
o Special flyers/announcements
o Event materials/slides
o Sourcing or creating content that is relevant, engaging and in line with the Company’s brand image.
o Responding to comments from followers or customers on Company’s social media account in order to build relationships and foster engagements.
o Gather and submit regular reports to direct manager detailing successes from social media postings and/or other sources and identify areas for improvements.
