Role Overview

Peak Med is a cognitive health app built for DiGA certification in Germany. DiGA is the regulatory pathway that allows doctors to prescribe the app and statutory health insurers to reimburse it. This is a Class I medical device under EU MDR, not a wellness app. QA here produces audit-ready evidence that the product is safe, performs as intended, manages its risks, and protects patient data across the products full lifecycle.

We are hiring a Creative Design Artist to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling designs for the Peak Med app. You will work closely with the product and development teams to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring that the visual design aligns with the product purpose, usability, and overall user experience.

Key Skills

• Strong 2D art and illustration skills, with a solid understanding of composition, visual design, color, and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop, contribute, and share new visual ideas and concepts with the team.
• Ability to understand, follow, and consistently maintain the PEAK art and branding style across creative assets.
• Strong visual judgment with the ability to identify, suggest, and implement improvements to the existing art style where required.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly assets.
• Basic to good animation skills, with the ability to create or support simple animations and motion-based creative assets.
• Ability to perform copyright, reference, and visual similarity checks to ensure artwork is original and appropriate for use.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with artists and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor, support, and guide other artists, providing constructive feedback and helping maintain creative standards.
• Strong focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.
• Ability to accept and act on feedback, adapt to changing requirements, and manage multiple creative tasks within deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-driven approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good working knowledge of relevant 2D art and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Art/design-related degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.
