We’re looking for a Junior Creative Artworker to join our in-house Design & Print team. You’ll play a key role in bringing the Woodlodge brand to life across packaging, catalogues, POS and trade show graphics — ensuring every file that leaves the studio is perfectly executed and production-ready.

The Role

You’ll work closely with designers to deliver accurate and consistent artwork. From compliance leaflets and printed labels to packaging rollouts and trade show exhibition graphics, you’ll handle a wide range of deliverables with care.

This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years’ artworking or studio experience who’s looking to refine their technical craft and grow within a busy, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Artwork & Production

• Prepare and adapt artwork for printed packaging, trade catalogues, POS, and trade show graphics.
• Work confidently from design toolkits and templates, maintaining brand consistency and technical accuracy.
• Retouch images, extend backgrounds, use masks and make colour corrections.
• Create and supply print-ready files: checking bleeds, colour profiles, resolution, and dielines.
• Take the lead on packaging rollouts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all product lines.
• Handover files to print

Quality & Organisation

• Maintain meticulous filing and version control for all artwork and assets.
• Proof artwork carefully, ensuring correct layout, spelling, typography and brand consistency.
• Manage your own workload, ensuring timely delivery of all projects, meeting sign-off points and flagging any potential risks or delays.

About You

• 1–3 years experience as a Creative Artworker or Junior Designer (in-house or agency).
• Packaging artwork experience is essential — ideally across multiple formats or ranges.
• Understanding of print production processes and preparing press-ready artwork.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent written, spelling and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Organised, methodical and confident managing multiple projects.
• Experience working with trade catalogues, POS or exhibition graphics is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital asset production for web or social media is a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
