Creative Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality designs, typography, custom fonts, illustrations, and web/print layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Produce promotional assets including advertisements, posters, brochures, digital media, interactive displays, and website graphics
• Create graphic animations, edit videos, and build polished multimedia presentations
• Execute photo shoots and editing; oversee print production, including material selection, cutting, display setups, and quality control
• Coordinate directly with printers, vendors, and agencies; manage timelines, material costs, and concurrent projects
• Assist with copywriting and typesetting; stay updated on industry trends, visual arts, and design software
• Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Design or a related field
• 1+ years of graphic design and digital media experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics/video editing software.
• Strong visual editing skills, ability to manage multiple projects/brands simultaneously, and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can start ASAP
