CREATIVE ASSISTANT

ROLE SUMMARY

The Creative Assistant supports the Creative Director and Design & Production Team in

developing and executing bespoke designs, ensuring that the creative vision is properly

translated and followed through during production.

WORK MODE: Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm

LOCATION: Osapa-London, Lekki

SALARY: 200,000 – 250,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative & Design Support

 Lead the Design Team with the development and execution of bespoke designs.

 Lead the preparation of design concepts, references, pencil & digital sketches, mood

boards, and visual materials where required.

 Research fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, embellishment techniques, colour

combinations, and design references.

 Ensure that creative concepts are properly translated into practical production instructions.

Client Design & Order Support

 Support the Creative Director during client consultations and design discussions where

required.

 Take accurate notes on client preferences, design requirements, colours, fabrics,

embellishments, silhouettes, and other specifications.

 Confirm that approved design details are communicated accurately to the Production

Manager and track changes to client designs throughout the production process.

Production Coordination & Creative Follow-Through

 Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure creative specifications are correctly

executed.

 Conduct regular checks to ensure that the design being produced remains consistent with

the approved concept.

 Flag deviations from approved designs to the Creative Director and Production Manager.

 Follow up on outstanding creative requirements that may affect production timelines.

Fabric, Colour & Embellishment Coordination

 Assist in sourcing and reviewing fabrics, trims, beads, embellishments, linings, and other

design materials.

 Support the selection and arrangement of embellishment patterns and details.

 Ensure approved materials are properly documented against the relevant client/order.

 Work with Procurement/Store to confirm availability of required creative materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Degree, diploma, or relevant training in Fashion Design, Fashion Production, Textile

Design, or a related field.

 1–3 years' experience in a fashion/design environment is preferred.

 Experience in bespoke fashion, couture, luxury fashion, or garment production is an

advantage.

 Strong portfolio or demonstrated creative ability may be considered alongside formal

qualifications.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
