interiors, objects, graphics, events, merchandising, and brand experiences — always with a strong

point of view.

We are looking for Creative Assistants to join our teams in Athens and Thessaloniki — curious,

organized, hands-on people at the beginning of their creative careers, who are eager to learn,

contribute, and work across different types of projects.

This is a junior position offering exposure to a wide range of creative fields, from spatial and

object design to events, merchandising, sourcing, production, and visual communication.

Who you are

• You are curious, creative, and interested in design beyond a single discipline.

• You have a strong visual eye and sensitivity to objects, materials, spaces, graphics, and

details.

• You are organized and comfortable working across different tasks and projects.

• You enjoy researching, collecting references, building presentations, and turning ideas into

something tangible.

• You are hands-on and willing to help wherever needed — from preparing a presentation to

sourcing an object or supporting an on-site setup.

• You collaborate easily and enjoy working with designers, architects, suppliers, makers, and

other creative teams.

• You are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a multidisciplinary creative

environment.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts and projects.

• Conduct research, collect references, and prepare moodboards and presentations.

• Support sourcing and selection of furniture, objects, lighting, textiles, materials, and props.

• Assist with interior styling and the implementation of spatial and object design projects.

• Support the development of merchandising materials and branded objects.

• Contribute to seasonal campaigns, events, installations, and special projects.

• Assist with pre-opening and on-site setup, styling, placement, and final detailing.

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, makers, and internal teams.

• Organize project information, selections, lists, and schedules to support smooth execution.

• Work across different projects and sub-brands under the ERGON umbrella.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related design field.

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Good visual and aesthetic judgment.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

• A hands-on, collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different types of creative

tasks.

• A portfolio showcasing academic, professional, or personal creative work that demonstrates

your visual thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and interest in design.
