About Us Summit Line Construction, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), is one of North America's premier utility construction companies. Headquartered in Heber City, Utah, we offer powerline and substation construction and maintenance services in a variety of utility markets. Like many Quanta operating companies, Summit Line continues to experience significant growth. As our national operations expand, we seek motivated individuals to join the team!

Company Overview About this Role Summit Line Construction is headquartered in Heber City, Utah with additional Utah locations in Sandy and Provo. You can also find our offices in Northern California, Reno, Las Vegas and Phoenix with project locations across the western region. We offer our team members competitive pay and benefits, rewarding work, growth opportunities, and a constructive and collaborative work environment

Position Overview This role supports the visual identity of Summit Line Construction across every platform where the company shows up from competitive proposal packages to social media feeds to internal communications. You’ll work directly with the Marketing team to produce graphics, layouts, and short-form video content that represent the scale and precision of high-voltage electrical utility construction. If you’re a designer who wants to build a portfolio on real infrastructure work and grow inside a company that’s actively expanding across the Western U.S., this is the role.

Key Responsibilities What You'll Do

  • Brand & Marketing Graphics
  • Produce original graphics for digital and print applications including trade show materials, project signage, recruitment advertising, and corporate presentations.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all company-facing materials, applying brand guidelines to everything from PowerPoint decks to fleet and safety collateral.
  • Support business development initiatives with custom graphics for client presentations, award submissions, and industry association materials.
  • Social Media & Short-Form Video
  • Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other platforms capturing field operations, project milestones, equipment, and crew spotlights in a way that’s authentic to construction culture.
  • Develop a consistent posting cadence across social channels, writing copy and selecting visuals that reflect the company’s voice and attract both clients and craft professionals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on what performs, keeping leadership informed on growth trends and platform activity.
  • Newsletter & Internal Communications
  • Support the design and production of the company’s monthly newsletter, coordinating content from operations, HR, safety, and business development teams to meet publication deadlines.
  • Design internal communications materials including safety bulletins, event announcements, and employee recognition graphics.
  • Digital & Web Support
  • Update and maintain content on the company website using WordPress, including project galleries, news posts, and career pages.

Optimize images and graphics for web performance and ensure all digital assets meet accessibility and brand standards.

Qualifications What You'll Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce, edit, and publish short-form video content for social media reels using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, or a clear willingness and ability to learn it quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Reliable, on-site availability in the Heber City / Provo, Utah area.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time to job sites and company events.
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Experience supporting RFP, RFQ, or design-build proposal processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with utility or infrastructure industry terminology (transmission, distribution, substation, right-of-way, and similar concepts) is a plus.
  • Photography skills applicable to active construction environments are a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animated content is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, is a plus.
