In this role, you will conceptualize and create digital and print designs that effectively communicate our clients' brands and messaging. You will use your creativity and design skills to develop concepts and assets for branding, social media, websites, emails, content, and digital ads, including templates, mock-ups, briefs, illustrations, print, and other marketing materials.

Your work will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' digital marketing campaigns are engaging, impactful, and effective at driving results. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity. Experience with Adobe’s Creative Suite and similar design tools is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research to gather relevant information and inspiration for projects;
• Comprehend the client’s brand and establish its visual identity;
• Develop creative concepts for social media, website, email, digital ads, print, and other marketing assets;
• Create designs that will be used in our agency's digital marketing efforts for various clients;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the designs effectively communicate our client's brands and messaging;
• Ensure that all outputs are of high quality and consistent with the client's branding guidelines and visual identity;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines;
• Provide inputs and feedback to other teams and team members;
• Supply management with reports and suggestions to improve;
• Upskill by participating in educational opportunities;
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices, trends, and technologies;
• Think critically and strategically, and quickly learn from mistakes.

Overall, the Creatives Associate is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our client's brands and messaging which help drive results for our digital marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity;
• Must have an aptitude for good design and creativity;
• Must be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar;
• Must be familiar with design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
• Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing, especially in design;
• Must be able to communicate his creative ideas effectively;
• Must have outstanding time management and organizational skills;
• Must have proficiency in working both independently and as part of a team;
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative;
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines;
• Must be adaptable, trainable, and flexible working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Must be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
