Creative Branding Design Intern

Ever Lasting is a women-owned, sustainable e-commerce brand specializing in home décor and lifestyle. Our internship program gives students and early-career professionals real-world marketing experience across fast-moving digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Outreach & UGC Coordination: Identifying and communicating with high-potential creators to secure “real-person” content for campaigns
• AI-Enhanced Visual Content Generation: Using cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality fashion and loungewear images that match our specific brand aesthetics for various social channels.
• Brand Auditing & Optimization: Participating in website audits to find visual friction points and suggesting layout improvements to increase the overall conversion rate (CVR).Trend Research and Visual Research Conduction
• Video production (editing)
• Photo editing (Canva, Photoshop)
• Graphic design tasks (with optional Graphic Design team collab)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva and AI Image Generation (Midjourney/DALL-E)
• Familiarity with Instagram/Social Media Analytics
• Proficiency in language (English). Must be able to elaborate ideas and to translate visual ideas into language (writing and speaking)
• Familiarity with basic Web Design (Shopify/Figma), Photoshop, and InDesign
• Visual Storytelling and Strategic Creativity
• Attention to Detail and Adaptability
• Proactive communication and Collaborative
