About the role

This role involves planning and developing content strategy across all brand channels, both online and offline, while creating diverse content formats and leading creative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop Content Strategy for all brand channels, both online and offline
• Create diverse content formats including Social Media Content, Reels, TikTok, Short Video, Script, Caption, Campaign and articles
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and various activities
• Collaborate with Marketing team, Graphic Designer, Video Creator, KOL and related teams to produce quality work aligned with objectives
• Plan and manage Content Calendar to ensure continuous brand communication
• Analyze content performance and apply insights to improve Reach, Engagement and Conversion
• Monitor Social Media trends, Beauty, Creator Economy and Digital Marketing to generate new ideas
• Study consumer behavior, competitors and market opportunities to develop Brand Communication and Marketing Strategy

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Age 26 - 35 years
• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, supplements or fashion industries will be considered as special cases
