About the role
A creative role requiring expertise in graphic design, digital media production, and content creation across multiple platforms and formats.
Key responsibilities
- Create graphics using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, CorelDRAW, Figma, Blender, Maya, Sketchup, 3D design, and Canva
- Develop creative and original ideas that are innovative and meet project briefs
- Communicate stories and concepts clearly and engagingly through visual and verbal art direction
- Stay updated on global online trends and social media movements
- Write scripts, content, and advertising copy that resonates with target audiences
- Solve problems effectively and work well under time constraints
- Create content for various social media formats with understanding of digital marketing
- Collaborate with team members, listen to feedback, and incorporate improvements
- Conduct photography, videography, and lighting work
- Travel to other provinces for content production
- Develop creative concepts, brief work before production, draft articles for websites, scripts, and storyboards for presentation
- Work with media production, print, film, content, video editing, voiceover, and sound
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Fine Arts, Film, Architecture, or Digital Media in related fields such as Art Direction, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Applied Arts
- Proficiency in computer design programs
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Advanced technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and image composition
- Creative thinking and artistic perspective
- Post-processing and image editing skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with others
- Photography, videography, and lighting expertise
- Ability to conceptualize content, brief work before production
- Experience in media production, print, film, content, video editing, voiceover, and sound
- Knowledge of current technology, awareness of news and trends
