About the Role

We are looking for a creative and imaginative individual to contribute original ideas and develop engaging, thought-provoking content and interactive experiences.

The role involves transforming simple ideas into meaningful experiences that encourage exploration, imagination and conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original themes, stories, situations and creative concepts.
• Create engaging, thought-provoking content for children and adults.
• Explore innovative ways of encouraging imagination, conversation and interaction.
• Develop simple visual and storytelling concepts.
• Refine and improve creative ideas through feedback and experimentation.
• Support early-stage concept and prototype development.

• Interest in storytelling, children, human interaction or experience design.
• Ability to express complex ideas simply and meaningfully.

Eligibility: Students, fresh graduates and individuals looking to restart their careers after a break are welcome to apply. Candidates from creative writing, literature, psychology, education, design, media, communication or other backgrounds with strong creative potential are encouraged.

We value originality, imagination and creative ability over academic qualifications or prior work experience.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a brief creative assignment.

We value original thinking and meaningful creation over the volume of content produced.

Pay: ₹50.00 - ₹250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
