Creative Content & Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Creative Content & Media Executive with hands-on experience in videography, photography, video editing, content direction, and social media content production. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Team to conceptualize, produce, and manage high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, events, promotions, student activities, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce professional videos and photographs for marketing and promotional activities.
• Handle the complete video production process including concept development, scripting, shooting, direction, editing, and final delivery.
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, testimonials, interviews, event coverage, and campaign content.
• Photograph and document events, seminars, workshops, student activities, achievements, and institutional activities.
• Develop creative concepts and visual stories aligned with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, Academic and Management teams to understand campaign requirements and create relevant content.
• Manage video editing, colour correction, sound, transitions, subtitles, graphics and other post-production requirements.
• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Take creative direction and also independently lead productions from concept to completion.
• Maintain and organize photo/video assets, project files and content libraries.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles and content strategies.
• Support marketing campaigns by producing content that generates brand awareness, engagement and leads.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, designers or production vendors whenever required.
• Ensure all content is delivered within agreed timelines and maintains professional quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in videography, photography, video editing or digital content production.
• Strong practical knowledge of camera handling, lighting, audio recording and video production.
• Good proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook and other digital content formats.
• Good storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle a project from concept → direction → shooting → editing → final delivery.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for events, shoots, campaigns and business activities when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is more than just a camera operator or video editor. The ideal candidate should be a creative storyteller who can understand a marketing objective, develop an idea, direct the shoot, capture the required visuals and deliver the final content independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
