Job Details

Position: Creative Content
Work Type: On-site at Chula Office
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, with 1-hour break
Location: Block 28, Chula Soi 5, near MRT Sam Yan

Responsibilities 🧠

• Plan and develop content ideas that align with the brand direction, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
• Create creative content concepts for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other online channels.
• Think and write scripts, hooks, captions, storylines, briefs, and storyboards for short-form video content.
• Plan camera angles, product placement, mood & tone, and visual direction to make content more engaging and suitable for sales.
• Join production shoots, brief the team, and control content quality to ensure the final output matches the brand direction.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team, Art Director, Video Editor, and Production Team to produce content that supports both brand awareness and sales conversion.
• Follow social media trends and adapt them into content ideas that fit the brand and help sell products.

Qualifications 🎯

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative Content, Content Creator, Social Media Content, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of short-form video content, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
• Able to think creatively and develop content ideas that make people stop watching, continue watching, and want to buy.
• Able to write scripts, hooks, captions, storylines, briefs, and storyboards.
• Understands product placement in photos and videos, including camera angles, composition, styling, and visual presentation for sales.
• Able to manage production direction, including shooting direction, editing direction, mood & tone, and quality control.
• Understands trends and can adapt them into content that fits the brand and supports business goals.
• Able to work with the Marketing Team and other creative team members under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications 🔥

• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Fashion, Streetwear, Sneaker, Lifestyle, or related industries is a strong plus.
• Able to analyze content performance and understand which content works, which content does not, and how to improve it.
• Has experience creating content that directly contributes to sales, with portfolio, case studies, or measurable results.
• Has strong taste in fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, and social media content.
• Able to work on production shoots and guide the team to achieve the right mood, tone, and content direction.

• มีประสบการณ์ Creative Content อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• เข้าใจการทำคอนเทนต์แบบ Short Video (TikTok / Reels) เป็นอย่างดี
• เข้าใจการวางสินค้าในภาพ/วิดีโอ เหมาะกับการขาย เช่น มุมภาพ องค์ประกอบ
• สามารถคุมงาน Production ได้ (ถ่าย / ตัด / Mood & Tone)
• เข้าใจเทรนด์ และสามารถ “เอาเทรนด์มาประยุกต์ให้ขายของได้”
• รู้ว่าคอนเทนต์แบบไหน “ทำให้คนหยุดดู” และ “ทำให้คนอยากซื้อ”

คุณสมบัติพิเศษ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) 🔥

• เคยทำงานในสาย E-commerce / Retail / Fashion จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• อ่าน Data เป็น เช่น ดูว่า Content ไหนดี / ไม่ดี แล้วปรับได้
• เคยทำ Content ที่ “สร้างยอดขายได้จริง” (มีผลงานหรือเคสให้ดู)
